"If ever there were a “Dream Team” in the real estate industry it is The Levine Team. This husband, wife and daughter powerhouse trilogy are some of the hardest working, honest and professional people I have ever worked with in ANY industry. Danny consistently went above and beyond on all tasks set forth. He was an advisor, an industry expert and most importantly he and his team consistently kept my husband and I informed and apprised of all the important milestones we needed to keep track of. Moving from out of state, Danny was our constant advocate and always ensured we knew of anything important - positive or negative- regarding our new home and the process in general.I would highly recommend Danny & the Levine team and will gladly refer them to any friends or family moving to the Palmdale/Lancaster area. Additionally, I would definitely work with Danny and the Levine team again in the future."

"We have had the pleasure of working with Karie and Danny for the purchase and sale of two homes. Most recently we sold our home in Lancaster to move out of state so it was complicated and could have been very stressful but the knowledge that Karie and Danny brought to the table was invaluable. We knew exactly what was expected of us as sellers at all times and they also kept in communication with the other party to make sure we weren't hit with any surprises. We listed right as the market was shifting and although we had a bit of a unique property we still had multiple offers within 30 days and closed quickly once we accepted one. They really do make you feel like family."

"Karie and Danny Levine sold my home on 6530 West Avenue L7.I was referred to them from a friend who also was very pleased with their services. Their expert advice on the comps in the area and viewing my home explaining to me requirements were very helpful. Danny also assisted me in locating a rental home for my sons as I was leaving out of state. This was a critical need as the rental market is also so hot in the Antelope Valley. Getting my sons situated in a wonderful home above and beyond services. I couldn't thank them enough. Also when I was scammed with a moving company Danny gave me a reference which was very nice. I used their reference for a carpet cleaning company and was so pleased. Karie was extremely helpful with telling me about the showings. I believe it was the 3rd showing I received a full offer and accepted. I had a timeframe of when I was hopeful the closing would occur and that was met as well. I could not have been more happier at this very caring, knowledgable, helpful TEAM!!! Cause they are a true team in every sense. I am very thankful to have had them as my agents representing me. "We had to move due to my husbands relocation for work and Danny and Karie made the process of selling our home easy and stress free even throwing in the additional piece of a company that was part of the relocation. They came to use prepared with a lot of good information during their presentation and continued blow us away. They are organized, competent, responsive, highly knowledgeable and always available when we had a question. I would sell a million more houses with them."

"From start to finish, Kourtney with the Lavine Team made the experience as a first-time homebuyer such a breeze. I had a lot of questions during the process and Kourtney was patient and always available to give us knowledgable and thorough answers and follow through with anything we needed.Given that this can be a challenging time to purchase a home with the rising prices and interest rates, we were hopeful but also prepared to have to settle for something less than what we wanted. I really wasn’t expecting that we would not only find but be able to purchase a home that exceeded the needs and wants for our family. With Kourtney’s guidance and suggestions we were able to win the bid on our new home; she worked closely with our Lender and the Escrow company in order to help us close on our home within 30 days. Kourtney went above and beyond to research and answer any and all questions and concerns that we had. Kourtneys communication with us and the teamwork that she established with everyone involved was a 10/10 and I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated that and understand how instrumental that was in helping us close.
